Project overview

This was a challenging 900 sq. ft. deck that was built around 3 sides of an existing screen porch and spanned the entire length of the house. The steel deck framing allowed us to have a cantilevered walkway area. It looks quite special since there aren’t any support posts under the walkway. It also included a dry-space ceiling under the deck to create a dry area for rainy days.
